The Charms Office Assistant is a full-featured web-based software that allows you to keep your student and parent information (email addresses, phone numbers, etc.) updated, make fee payments, purchase required supplies, keep track of what forms you have turned in, what fees you have paid, sign up for volunteer and chaperoning opportunities, and much more.
It is very important to update the information we have on record for you as a parent or student. You will use your child’s SBAC Student ID number and school code that was included in your Welcome Letter. This is all you need to login, view and update your information.

Buchholz Band Email
The Buchholz Band email system provides important information from the director and boosters for students and parents throughout the year. All students and parents are asked to verify their email addresses in Charms in order to receive regular updates concerning about our program’s activities.
To verify or correct your email address, login to Charms here and select “Update Info.”
Privacy Concerns
Email addresses from the Buchholz Band mailing list are not shared with anyone. Messages will be sent to you as blind carbon copies to avoid publishing your address.
Forms
All three required forms can be accessed and printed from the “Required Forms” folder in Charms. Choose “Handouts” on the Charms screen, or “Student Forms” to show forms turned in and not turned in.
